I agree that to be a leader of a group is my inclination because leadership is one of the top three most valuable traits everyone looks for. On the other hand, because there is less stress and still be able to perform useful skills, some people believe that it is good to be a member of a group. There is a huge benefit to be a leader of a group rather than be a member of a group. One important benefit is that group of a leader has much more control than a member has because only smart people can manage the team in order to be able to function. I have the visions and the plans that I manage and run smoothly within the group so that other will easily influence. The biggest advantage is that dedication, creativity, and fairness are the leadership attributes and its accurate implementation.
To begin with, dedication means that the leader’s energy or spending time must be outstanding outputs. It should become a necessary to accomplish the tasks in time. A leader who inspires others and provides dedication by example, doing whatever it takes to complete the next step toward the vision. By setting an excellent example, leaders can show members that there are no certain times to work or nine-to-five jobs on the team and there should only be opportunities to achieve something great so that every member will walk on the leaders’ path.
Next, creativity is the ability that every leader must be able to think differently, so leader can think outside of the box and create customary solutions. Creativity gives leaders the ability to see things that members have not seen, for others to be in new directions.
Finally, leader’s fairness that deals with others regularly and honestly is becomes a true leader. A leader must check and balance to all the facts or non-facts and should have an ability to hear everyone out before passing judgment. A leader must avoid jumping to conclusions based on incomplete evidence. Although it is tough job to provide a justification to all people at same time, this is one the leader’s challenging task to balance. When people feel that they are being treated fairly, they reward a leader with loyalty and dedication.
In conclusion, every people seeking to achieve success are a common, but only those can be successful who put everything on the efforts such as dedication, creativity, and fairness. Therefore, we know that having these qualities is not only skills, but it is more important to have them seen before and implementing successfully is the great matters. Only the leader is rewarded if everything works out properly and surely, without any doubt the vision of the leaders that implemented on this earth remains even in the century.
